AUSKF Registration Update

Hi Everyone,
The new membership registration system is almost ready! I would like to first thank everyone for their patience as our AUSKF leaders and program developers continue to work through the kinks of the website. There will be an announcement shortly (hopefully within the next few days) letting us know the website is completely ready, and this announcement will come with detailed instructions and a Q&A for our users.

The new online membership registration system will allow each member of AUSKF and the underlying federations to create and manage their own online profile of their membership. This means that each individual will be able to pay for their annual dues, check their registration status, and look up prior promotion information, etc. Dojo reps and federation reps are given special administrative privileges that will allow them to do things like check their dojo roster, find out who is current with their dues, etc. Because everything is handled online, the turnaround for membership registration will essentially be instantaneous – there will be no need to wait weeks for an AUSKF ID to be assigned, and you can look up your own ID number if you forget it. Woo hoo!

One other big change that I would like to highlight is the fee schedule. Unfortunately, they have increased, but another category of “full time student” has been added as well. There will also be an initiation fee for new members. The schedule is as follows:

Adult (18 years and over) $60
Children (17 years and under) $30
Full time students $30

One time initiation fee $10

The age cutoff will be dependent on whether or your registration is placed before 4/15/17. For all members who register and pay their fees by 4/15/2017, their age will be that as of 4/1/2017. For those who register after 4/15/17, their age will be that as of the date they register.

For those of you who would like to take a look at the website, here is the link: However, please be aware that our developers are updating the site continuously and that some of the operations may return error messages.

I want to say thank you again to all of the members of ECUSKF who have been anxiously awaiting an announcement regarding the membership registration process. There have been many long conversations about the membership process starting in April of last year, and the discussion of whether or not registration would be online was not completely decided until last week. Because there was so much back and forth, I opted not to send out any general emails to avoid confusion. I apologize for the delay and for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you have any questions about the registration process, please refer to the FAQ tab which can be found on the website. If there are any that are not addressed, please send them my way and I will try my best to either answer them, or refer the question to the correct person.

Thank you again and I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
